We try to ship your order as quickly as possible. When you have checked out and paid for your order, you will receive an email with your order number.
We reserve the right for final sales and for stocking with our suppliers, as well as for any price errors that may occur. Sometimes it happens that one of the goods you ordered is not in stock. This is then due to the product not being in stock or the delivery being delayed. Contact us if you have questions about delivery times etc.
EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Union have the right to receive clear information about delivery times before completing a purchase.
Estimated delivery times:
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Nordic countries (Norway, Denmark, Finland): 2–5 business days
- Western EU (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, etc.): 3–7 business days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, etc.): 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions via our shipping partner Shipmondo.
Norway — VAT & Customs: Princess Yachts West Sweden AB is registered under Norway's VOEC scheme (VAT on E-Commerce). Norwegian VAT is included in the price at checkout for orders under NOK 3,000 to consumer buyers. No additional VAT or customs fees will be charged upon delivery for these orders. For orders to companies or orders exceeding NOK 3,000, Norwegian customs will assess import VAT and duties separately upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
United Kingdom — Customs & Import duties: For orders to the United Kingdom, import VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery. For orders under £135, UK VAT is collected at checkout. For orders over £135, import VAT and any applicable duties are assessed by UK customs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
